In the direction of the criterions; which were determined before, it is essential to evaluate employees’ performances and competences. At the end of these evaluations, the employees; who show high performance, are awarded, and such employees and their evalutions are to be dedected.
3-MANAGEMENT OF SALARY
It is determined as hardness of employees’ efforts, limits of employees’ responsibilities, and contributions that employees make to the company. In our company, for employees; who are at the every level, job evaluations, stratifications, and salaries are properly reevaluated in every year.
